Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with stage 3A colorectal cancer as a result of abandoning my inner child and slowly loosing my way in the world without her.

But with grit, grace, and a grumble of pugs by my side, I eventually found my way back to her again - healing my mind, body, and spirit in the process.
